AnalystX and Digital Health have today teamed up as strategic event partners to help shape the data and AI landscape in health and care by supporting the NHS’ data and analytics workforce.
The new partnership will see AnalystX support the curation of CPD-accredited educational content and develop networking opportunities for Digital Health’s forthcoming AI and Data conference. It extends to Digital Health Rewired 2024, which will be held at the NEC in Birmingham from 12-13 March 2024.
AnalystX will provide speaker recommendations for both events, and will have representation on the Rewired 2024 programme committee.
The largest global collaboration of data professionals and analysts, AnalystX formed during the covid pandemic to create a “community of practice,” according to Alex Cheung, senior manager for engagement. The community now has 20,000 members, he said.
“We are looking for extensions to call for more data analytics professionals to come and join our community to share best practice and socialise,” Cheung told Digital Health News.
The community hopes to continue to foster a gathering of visionaries, pioneers, and trailblazers from the fields of data analytics, AI, and healthcare.
Suki Panesar, the community’s chief evangelist, added: “Together we will explore cutting-edge advancements, share insights, and forge a path towards a sustainable future where tech and people work seamlessly.
“We will do this not only through learning about new technologies but most importantly by supporting the talented data and analytical workforce across health and care through community-driven action.”
Jon Hoeksma, CEO of Digital Health, said: “The data and analytics workforce have a huge role to play in shaping the data and AI landscape in the NHS.
“Through our partnership we hope to provide learning and networking opportunities for this profession to grow and support the benefits these advanced technologies have to offer health and care services.”
